Hello all,
Since we cannot use the gallery
I want to share some of the stuff I made and enjoyed playing - I hope you will have fun playing them as well!
I am going to share this one house I made that I really loved. I usually like desiging modern houses but I just wanted to make this Rustic House a bit bigger and fancier
I hope you guys will like it!

It has 2 stories and 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, if you want you can convert one bathroom into another nursery.
2 bedrooms with double beds with a shared bathroom, kitchen-dining room-living room are on the first floor. Just one curtain and a few rugs are mods.
Main Bedroom (has its own bathroom), 2 kids rooms(they have a shared bathroom), 1 nursery(has a door to the main bedroom) and 3 bathrooms are on the second floor.

Beau was one of my favorite vampires in Sims 3 so I did my version of Beau in Sims 4.
I hope there are others who wanted him in Sims 4 and this will be a helpful share.

Thank you I'm glad you like it! I hope I put the correct tray files - it is my first sharing (I haven't had any feedbacks about a problem so I assume either noone downloaded or nothing is wrong :E)

Oh yay more houses As for the earlier comment, I am good at box houses lol.. that is about it. I have been trying out some blueprints though, so we shall see how that goes. On a random note, which windenburg lot did you build that on?

It's the 25x25 one - bottom left neighboorhood and I believe it's in the middle of other houses

This is the place I designed for the rooftop of the big building
It has a sauna, a movie room, a place for a butler to stay
I used almost all of the packs realesed so far I wanted to have them all in one lot

I built this house after we got Romantic Garden stuff. It has 2 floors, 3 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (I know a bit too much ) 2 bedrooms are on the second floor, there is also a cinema room on the second floor. It has it's telescope and rocket on the roof (where else would you put a rocketship )
*Only mods I used are the windows. They are created by NynaeveDesign from TSR - you can find them here

Club Afterlife

Hello all,
This is a nightclub+bowling alley. Has the club in the first floor and the bowling alley underground.
It is in Forgotten Hallow, I built it in the starter house lot- I think-
I thought that world needed a dark nightclub for vamps to hang out. I also built a restaurant in the empty lot I will share it when I don't feel so lazy

Your houses are awesome! I didn't even know the game had tilted windows :0 and I love the lights on the outside of the last one.

The game don't have the tilted Windows as I added in the post up there. The windows are mods I found in TSR made by Mutske, Lanham Slanting Windows. This is the link if you want them --> Windows

Hello all,
This is a house I did for my married sims, one of them is a secret agent and the other one is an alien scientist.
Her ship crashed on Earth and she is trying to make a portal to go back home, it’s why she disguised herself and became a scientist. They met and, because he is a secret agent, he realized she is an alien but fell in love with her anyway. She is still trying to find a way to go back home but also very happy to be with him.
Who knows maybe one day she can bring him with herself to her planet. Until then though this is the house they live in.

I am back with this house and a vet clinic which I will share soon.
It is a house in Brindleton Bay, which came with Cats&Dogs EP. I really like these 2 lots which are in the woods.
It has 2 bathroom and one bedroom. There is room for growth if you want it for big families.
I had fun making it I hope you will enjoy playing in it!
