Fat Sim only in everyday outfit! How to fix? Empty Fat Sim only in everyday outfit! How to fix?

Hello, I'm playing with a family of 5 on The Sims 4. The father is the one causing me trouble. He is an exercise fanatic, so he is muscular and slim, but everytime he changes to his everyday outfit, he becomes super obese. On all the other outfits he is super slim and muscular. When I enter CAS he is muscular. But in game, when on his everyday clothes he becomes super fat. What can I do to fix this?
