Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare.
Hi! I uploaded a couple of videos where I played with this cute game for a little bit, since I had a 48 hours free trial from Origin, so I'd like to share it below, in case you'd like to watch it.

Re: Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare.
I played the game until "Rank 313" (essentially that means you have unlocked & reached everything that is possible to reach in this game), but then stopped for about two and a half years.
Just a few weeks ago I started playing it again out of nostalgia, and one thing I noticed so far is that the 'opposition' in this game is a lot stronger than it used to be in the years 2014/2015/2016. The video above shows the co-op mode where you play against AI-controlled enemies, which can be fun, but I myself almost always play(ed) against human opposition players only. And these days, they are very strong.
I would not advise to buy this game in the year 2019, as the 'learning curve' is too steep if you are completely new. Against such a strong human opposition you will have to grind too hard for these in-game coins (= character progession, = ability unlocks, = new character unlocks, etc.). Sure you can have fun as well with the base characters and 'not many unlocks', but whether the price of the game (20-30 Euros) is going to be worth such limited gameplay, is another question.
If it has to be a PvZ game for beginners, better buy the Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 straight away, though I like that one somewhat less than the first part. For reasons that may or may not be detailed at a later point.

Thanks! I don't think I will buy it, since I am a lousy gamer that usually likes peaceful simulations. Even on Minecraft I don't like to go fighting creatures and all, but build things instead.
In the end I tend to play with the classic one where you place plants on a matrix.

Also, the Sunflower is not necessarily a beginner-friendly character class to play with. Peashooter, Cactus and Rose (in the second Garden Warfare) are better choices in my opinion.
The violence in this game is very cartoonish, EA intended that to be a "family-friendly shooter", if there can be such a thing.

Oh, I meant I like slower pacing games better because I am not a fast person lol.
