Sims 2: Empty #Crack Folder.

The Crack folder located at The Sims 2 (SP10) - Mansion and Garden Stuff is empty and I am unable to start my game.

Should I just re-download the game or not?

Hello and welcome to the Forum @dannyperrie,

The folder is empty because your Windows Defender and/or anti-virus program deleted the file. You have to make sure that you add the install location of your The Sims 2 game to the "exclusions", to avoid this happening again in the future.

This was written for The Sims 4, but you should get the idea. In essence though, you have to do research on your anti-virus programs, or try playing around with the options yourself. From my perspective I can't really give you more advice. Should you still be having difficulties, please open a new topic on the Forum here.
