Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) installing custom firmware (HELP)
So I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), the model GT-P3100 and I want to install a custom firmware for my tablet, presumably the latest Android Lollipop which is 5.1.1 , the thing I worry the most is will the custom firmware lag my tablet and how do I install it? also can I change my region to the USA if it's possible since my tablet's region is of South East Asia (Malaysia)

Hello there,
You need to use Odin to flash custom firmwares on a non-rooted android terminal.
Go to xda-developper or sammobile to find the correct ROM for your tablet, and you will also see comments of people having done so. That should tell you the effects it has on the tablet.
Also, the region depends on the ROM you flash, so choose accordingly
