The Sims 4 greyed out in dummy Origin.

So, after I updated my game to 1.32.1020 version, it says "There is a problem" and then it's greyed in the library. I've tried to uninstall it, but when I want to reinstall, it's still greyed out. I've tried to repair it too, but it's still the same. Please help!

All I did wace delete the Origin cache. Now redownloading all DLC and the base game

Prior to deleting that cache, did you also try "repairing" your Origin The Sims 4-installation? Oftentimes that does the trick already, without needing to re-downloading everything. Or, only a small batch of files is re-downloaded. You can find the option by right-clicking on a game in the Origin library.

I've tried to repair it but it still gave that error. Now the problem is, after I downloaded the base game, it doesn't want to install and still came up with the 327683:0 Error.

Sorry, I must have overlooked that in your opening post. Unfortunately I myself don't use zlOrigin (while the idea behind it is brilliant, it still seems too shaky/unstable to be of serious consideration by me, at least). Maybe @Tarac can help you further with the issue next time he logs in. Sorry I can't help further here.

Clearing the Origin cache or just a reboot of your computer will solve the problem.

I've cleaned the cache, rebooted it, even reinstalled the Origin and still came back with the same result. Is this anything related to antivirus, disk space, or account?
