Problem with the Update Only Fix

Hi I'm new here but I can guarantee you that I've looked at at least 80% of this website before deciding to open a new topic.

So... I installed the Sims 4 base game from this website along with the latest Update Only Fix and it wasn't working. It showed an error at initialization, didn't even specify the cause of it. It just said "Unable to Start: Initialization Error at start up. [135dec40:984c6a38:00000077]".
So I googled and googled and googled and nothing worked. 
So then i decided to install another sims 4 base game from another trustworthy website (sorry :$ ) and installed the update only fix from here still. 
Needless to say the game still didn't work. 
So then i had the idea of removing the fix and starting the game as it was and oh look it started. 
So clearly, my problem is in the fix. 
However, this has never happened to me before with previous fixes so i have no idea how to fix this and i would very much like to play an updated version of the sims 4.

I suppose in the process of your googling, you may have come across this here as well?

If so, after configuring these exclusions, you either have to re-apply the latest TS4 update, OR at least install fresh no-Origin files, see this topic here. If nothing works, then it is possible that you have some security software that keeps ignoring your input. One of these 'intelligent' programs that attempt to make all decisions by themselves. If you suspect that is the case, you have to consider uninstalling that particular security software. If that is not an option (e.g. the computer is not yours actually, and the owner is against the idea), you have to consider whether you absolutely want to play a cracked Sims 4.

Allegedly, this zlOrigin-thing could be an alternative in these cases. I myself am not really familiar with it, but you can find a number of stickied tutorials, in the following Forum section. These stickied tutorials (by Tarac) are located toward the top of the section.

P.S. I assure you, nothing is wrong with any of the Games4theworld Downloads, including the Update-Only Ultimate Fix for TS4.
