Can't load households (mods).

Hello :3
my game is updated and all good but once i try to actually enter the household in the new places like city life or vampires its loading for ages or not loading at all.
i know for sure its mod issues and ive tried doing things like removing some or got some answers in the forums but it dosent help much and i dont want to remove the mods v.v
mostly since i did remove some of the conflicted once.

No necessarily mod-related.
Have you deleted or renamed the folder Game and replaced it.
When Toddlers/vampires is your highest installed DLC, then delete the folder Game from Program Files\The Sims 4.
and replace it by THIS FOLDER
Or when you also installed Parenthood and Fitness, delete the existing folder Game and replace by THIS FOLDER

Start a fresh The Sims 4 folder in Documents\Electronic Arts by calling that The Sims 4 folder The Sims 4_oldwoopydoo wrote:thanks but it didnt work for me. i dont know what to do really at this point o.o

Hi,
At this point, I'd suggest re-installing the game again, without mods/CCs. Test the game pack by pack. And follow the instructions closely especially when it comes to the Game folder.

thanks for the answer.i do think i did something wrong tho my game did work for me besides the mods at some point. could you link me the page of the instructions so i could check where im wrong.

I don't think it's the a problem with the desktop? Are you able to load the game without the mods after re-installing?

Ah, then the culprit is indeed your mods. Now you have to find out which one works. You can test them in batches, or use the mod conflict detector (though some simmers says not all conflicting mods are detected).
If you have a lot of CCs, I'd recommend testing them by category for easier elimination.

I see. Do keep us updated here if you managed to find the conflicting mod(s) and I'll keep the thread open for the time being.
Or you can check the 'oldest' mode first (since they're most probably not updated).

yup. i grouped up the mods into 4 groups from older onceand it did the job. damn mods v.v
