At the end of the post you can find a link to Deligracy creations, but they were downloaded with an Origin game on patch version 1.34, meaning they most likely don't work in G4TW/RELOADED versions. You can use zlOrigin though, as mentioned in the announcement I just linked.

Yay, thanks!! I downloaded that like 4 days ago I downloaded and it works, I have v1.33
