Gamepacks not in gameplay? Empty Gamepacks not in gameplay?

I was having an issue with a user directory error on trying to start my game, after i fixed that i was able to open my game but the parenthood and fitness packs are both gone. the other packs and my save games are still working. I'd like to know if theres a solution besides just reinstalling those packs because i would like to keep my progress with parenthood in my sims families. what should i do?

Hi there!


By chance did you accidentally install the Ultimate fix? If yes, try placing the .dll here to your Game\Bin and see if the pack are there.


You can always backup your current Sims 4 folder by copy + paste it to D drive or somewhere and rename the folder to Sims4Backup. Re-installing Parenthood + Fitness won't delete your progress though,  but it is better to test the game without mods/CCs to see if it is causing the DLC to disappear.


You can also try to move you Sims 4 installation folder to Program Files and run the game as administrator.
