The Sims 4 error code 3 language change

After I downloaded the files, and put them in my game/bin It changed my games language to spanish, and i've tried following the steps over again, plus I searched the web to find out how to change it back. Yet it still didn't work. So what do I have to do?

You can download my game folder below, and copy + paste it your to your Sims 4 folder. Do keep me updated.
