The sims get together

I torrented the sims get together using BitTorrent but when i bring up the download it is listed as a .File instead of a .WinZip File like the other Sims 4 downloads. I tried to extract is still Using WinZip but it does nothing, no other folders appear. I have the base Sims 4 and Get To Work, and City living installed correctly but this one is not acting the same. I cannot even access the install instructions because it will not unzip the file to show the folder. is it supposed to be a .File instead of a .WinZip File? How do i fix this please?

Hi there and welcome to the forum!

The Get Together torrent is still in .rar file. I'd suggest re-downloading the torrent again and see if that helps.

PS: The website is down for maintenance, I'd suggest if you want to reply to copy your answers so that you won't have to type them out again.

Thanks for replying. i redownloaded the torrent using BitLord and it was recognized as a rar file now.

I see. I wondered why the BitTorrent acted differently though. I've only used BitTorrent and the downloads are always fine.

I'll keep this topic open in case you have any other questions or bugs/errors later on.
