Origin not running [SOLVED]

Hi! I installed the game as it said on the post, with all the DLC's and in the end it appeared this:


I'm sorry if I'm breaking any rules, but I've looking for hours and I can't find an answer. Will you help me please?

1. Did you MOVE the Sims 4 out of the directory C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts to f.e. just Program Files ?
2. Did you make a true shortcut from TS4 and/or TS4_x64 instead of copying it to your desktop ?
3. Have you placed the new directory in the exceptions of your Anti-Virus ?
4. Is Origin active somehwere on your computer ? If so close all instances.

Thank so much! It's finally working  I forgot to move the file!
