HELP!! How to update my game

I download Sims 4 deluxe Edition in other website. how can i update this game. here is the info.

It looks like you can install the G4TW updates on top of your version of The Sims 4 Deluxe.

Im sorry, what exactly the update i need? G4TW? do u mean The Sims 4 Get to Work?
