Adding Expansions to TS3 Deluxe Edition(?) - originally includes 8 expansions and 7 stuff in one installation

Hi, everyone! So, here's the question.

I have TS3 game file called "TS3 Deluxe Edition" which contains all the expansion packs up till the "Season" in one single Bin folder. In other words, I only need to install the base game in the file I have and all the expansions and stuff are automatically installed. I remember getting it from my friend around the end of 2013 and now I want to start playing it again. 

I already installed my game and some mods and cc. The launcher didn't let me update and I already tried manual patch using the super patcher from another site and it just didn't work. It messed up my game and I need to re-install everything from the statch. Now that I've found this site (THANK GOD), I really want to add the other expansions and stuff to my game as well as update it to the latest 1.67 patch without messing up anything. 

My concern is, can I just add and install the expansions and stuff that I need normally and update the base game using the ultimate fix (following the instruction from this site)? I mean, I installed the base game and some expansions in one click, should it be better for me to re-download everything from this site and install it again from zero then I might do so.

One thing I'm not sure about: so is this game that you have of TS3 a pirated version (from another uploader), or did you buy this from Origin?

I don't know exactly how my friend got this. I think it's a pirated version since I didn't install it through Origin.

I mean, at this point you can either use zlOrigin (and download all Sims 3 games from there). Or you can grab a torrent, for example from Games4theworld. We have individual releases for the base game + all expansions/stuffpacks. And we also have a "complete collection" with everything.
