Will the Sims 4 Ultimate Fix work with my version of The Sims 4?

I've got this version of the Sims 4 installed which I've torrented from The Pirate Bay. Will the Ultimate Fix work with this version of The Sims 4? Thanks!

Yes, it can be used, but WHY ?
This fix is for the base game only and will wipe out the use of installed DLC's.
Unless you don't want to use expansions, yes the fix will update your base game.

Do not use the ultimate fix, if you want to have all the Dlc's in game. It will delete them.
This is whwre you find all the DLC's. these are absolutely safe!

I do not know if it will work with your base game, but why dont you start from scratch? Get everything from here.?

That base game probably gives you the opprtunity to install the base game anywhere on your computer instead of the fixed C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts folder.

The G4TW base game of TS4 (just as pretty much all base games circulating) are based on the same RELOADED-builds. 

I remember I once posted a topic about a "fixed" base game that would just require you to extract the install folder with WinRAR, anywhere basically. But since nobody replied, the topic was scrapped and put on hold indefinitely.

Sometimes there are topics from people with full hard-drives (or tiny SSD drives) who can't install the G4TW basegame on C:, but it still seems most people are doing fine, despite the 'scratch' in the G4TW basegame.

I have dauphong's version of the Sims 4 which includes City Living and a few other packs. Will G4TW's version of Get To Work work with mine?

That version already includes everything upto City Living, so no need to install Get to Work, Get Together and City Living from G4TW.

Well that's a little peculiar because I am still missing some items when downloading Lots from The Sims Resource. What other major packs which have not been included in the torrent and are needed quite frequently when getting Lots from The Sims Resource? Thanks!

As far as I know, I have none of the Stuff you have listed. I took note of the new Worlds and Stuff when launching the game and the ones above weren't included. How do I get them?
