Sims 4 problem.

Hi! So I'm having a problem with my Sims4, so when I turn on the game ( I have it installed with packs and I applied the last toddlers stuff ) it turns on in spanish, the slides show up for the packs, but when I press X on the toddler stuff slide, the game freezes ( not responding ) and I have to restart my laptop and I don't know what to do . Can someone please help?

Hi @bubbwlegum and welcome to the forum!
As per @Dandelion reply, has the error been solved for you? The spanish language should be gone by now. All that remains is whether your game is able to load up fine.
