Probably a stupid question, but does it actually contain *everything*? All the store content, the promotional stuff they released, bonuses, etc?

Hello and welcome to the Forum @Wicker,

The store content is included in a separate torrent though:
https://games4theworld.org/downloads/

The Complete Collection "only" contains all expansions and stuffpacks.
