I need help on how to get my sims 4 to stop crashing! HELP PLEASE!

Hello, i am having a problem that i cant come up with a solution for. My problem is when i start i pay for a few minutes then it closes and goes to my dock and i am unable to open it again, so im basically saying my sims 4 is crashing. I have a macbook air. Also i did research everything and i tried everything and it still crashes: even removing my cc. I also read that some things you guys cant help with because os is not supported anymore, and i really hope thats not the case because i really need help.. I love playing the sims, and i already had problems with my sims 3 crashing and couldn't find a way to fix it but i surely hope this is not the case! Please help!

I have the same problem with The Sims 3. After playing the game for about 10minutes it completely crashes and I can't do anything but shut down my mac
