Zclient error.

I have been using ZLOrigin for around 3 months to run the sims 4 on. 

Yesterday when running ZClient it did its usual automatic update but when I clicked on the new ZCLient file to run the programme, it came up with the error message ''File name must be ZClient.exe''. I checked the file and the name was definitely correct, tried running the programme again and the same error message came up. 

Today when trying to run ZClient I had the same error, and decided to delete and re-install ZClient and ZLOrigin, in case any of the files had somehow become damaged. When running the newly installed ZClient file the same error message came up AGAIN. The ZClient file is DEFINITELY named ZClient.exe.

I'm not sure if i've done something wrong somewhere along the line, or whether the recent ZClient update is just faulty? Can anyone help?

Is Zclient.exe in a specific folder Zclient ?

Yes, it's in a ZClient folder in my programme files (x86)

For a few days now Zclient hasn't been accepting my mail and password. 

Whenever I try to connect ZClient I enter in my details and it disconnects saying ''mail not found''. I am entering the correct details for my ZLOEmu account. I have also registered two new accounts in case there was something wrong with the first but when I try to connect with those the same ''mail not found'' error message comes up. I've also tried uninstalling ZCLient and ZLOrigin and re-installing but that hasn't helped either, the same error message comes up each time.
Has anybody experienced the same problem? Or does anyone know how to fix the issue? 

When you register an account on Zloemu.tk, you'll receive a mail from them which you must confirm.
(Check your Spam also in case you have not received their mail)

Also: in case you entered a GMAIL address, be sure to check under More -> All Mail. Sometimes those e-mails don't actually end up in the Spam-folder there, but instead under "All Mail".

all three of the accounts that I've registered have been verified via email. The first account I used I used for a few months without error and it's only recently not been accepting the log in details. I don't think the error is with the details that i'm putting in but rather something gone wrong with zclient itself. I just can't work out why its not recognising my log in details all of a sudden?

What happens when you remove all items from the Zclient folder except zclient.exe itself and the folder newlogin ?

When I launch ZClient it updates itself, attempts to auth, says ''mail not found'' again and disconnects :-(

Or does it show something like mail.ru instead of Autologin ?
In that case download a new Zlsystem folder.

No, it doesn't. It doesn't say anything in the box at the bottom and it doesn't give me the option to click on it  it does say Autologin though.

When you open the folder Zclient ->NewLogin ->ZLOEmu is your username shown. If so, sign out and sign in again.
Now your correct mail address for Zclient will be visible.
