The Sims 4 - Manage Households unavailable and no worlds at all. Empty The Sims 4 - Manage Households unavailable and no worlds at all.

I downloaded The Sims 4 base game and all packs from the first to the last one and i don't have any worlds and the manage households option is grey and unavailable. I can't place the family to a house. I don't know what is the problem. Please help me.

When you have installed all DLC's inc;. Layndry Day and you still have the problem, download the new game folder at
http://rapidtory.com/6BbT

Extract with Winrar
Delete existing folder Game in Program Files\The Sims 4
Copy/paste the just downloaded and extracted folder Game to Program Fils\The Sims 4
