I was wondering if this kind of hardware can run the game at max settings? Planning to install the complete pack on it. I'm not a hardware expert and I've only the budget for this kind of laptop for now. Thanks in advance!

Hello @weisslobo,
On paper it should be decent enough. As for reality, the game is not all that well optimized, so ultimately you will have to test it on your own. Also make sure to download the 4GB patch here:
http://www.ntcore.com/4gb_patch.php
And apply it to the TS3W.exe under C:\Program files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin. It will enable the game to utilize 4GB of RAM (instead of just the default 2GB). This should also help.
In addition, check out this here as well (strongly recommended, although it is not directly related to game performance):

Good luck!

Re: Hardware specs.
Sorry to bump this thread. Just for clarification, I'll apply the 4gb patch after I'm done installing all EPs and Stuffs and applying the crack, no?

Yes, to be 100% safe, you should apply it at the very end.
