toddler

i have two issues one i can't get my toddler to build on the buildems table for toddlers only my adults can. next is no matter what i do give my toddler a bath or change her outfit it still looks like she is dirty aka green stuff around her even tho her diapher (sp) is clean its frustrating me a lot idk what else to do and now the change diapher is not coming up and her bladder is good. any ideas?

Any mods in your game ?
As it looks like these problems are mods-related.

Simple test:
Name your folder The Sims 4 in Documents\Electronic Arts (so not the one in Program Files) to f.e. The Sims 4_Old
Now start the game again, create a toddler and check.
Works pretty well now, then it is caused by a mod.

To revert the folders, delete the newly created folder The Sims 4 in Documents\Electronic Arts.
Rename The Sims 4_Old back to The Sims 4.
