The Sims 4 32 Bit

I was wondering on how to turn The Sims 4 into 32 Bit

You can not. You can either run it as a 64 bit exe or 32 bit exe. Go to your game instal folder ( C:Programfilesx86/ The sims 4/ game/bin ) there you will find both options. right click on TS4.exe and run as administrator. Remember that 32 bit laptop's or computers might not be strong enough to run Ts4 after Toddlers stuff.These are the requirements for cats and dog

• MINIMUM OS: 64 Bit Required. Windows 7 (SP1), Windows 8, Windows 8.1, or Windows 10
  
• CPU: 1.8 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, AMD Athlon 64 Dual-Core 4000+ or equivalent (For computers using built-in graphics chipsets, the game requires 2.0 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 2.0 GHz AMD Turion 64 X2 TL-62 or equivalent)
  
• RAM: At least 4 GB RAM
  
• DISC DRIVE: DVD ROM drive required for installation only
  
• HARD DRIVE: At least 3 GB of free space (14 GB if installing with The Sims 4) with at least 1 GB additional space for custom content and saved games
