I found fix for the "Unable to start: initialization error at start up." :)
At first sorry for my bad English.
Yesterday I found a fix for the Codex latest version (My first pet stuff).
I've got an error:
Unable to start: initialization error at start up.
135dec40:90f690cf:00000075:495f32a0
I thought it was crack or origin problem. It wasn't.
Simply just go to regedit > HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Maxis > The sims 4 > and change the locale to en_US.
Thats all.
If you want to play in your native language you just have to download Multi Language.

Welcome to the Forum @OMG3EyedFish,
In the earliest form the issue has been known already since 2014, see here:
https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t18073-unable-to-start-initialization-error-at-startup-obsolete
A few months ago I replicated the issue once more:
1) You have an Origin game for example that is installed in English language.
2) Then you play a cracked game that is in Italian or another non-English language.
3) Both cracked (RELOADED) game & the Origin version used the same registry path, but when you re-start the Origin game, you get the initialization error. I think it is because these Origin/ZLOrigin games only have one "active" set of language files installed. The registry entry "tells" the Origin game to use Italian, but the Origin game is in English, and Italian files are not there. And you need to re-download additional language strings.
You can avoid the problem by having BOTH your cracked game and Origin/ZLOrigin in the same language. Or, you can apply the language pack here, to your Origin/ZLOrigin game:
https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t32948-latest-available-the-sims-4-language-string-files-for-users-of-origin-zlorigin-version-1-41-42-1020
It's a nice little fix to know, though in practice the error occurs rarely, because almost all people have their various Sims 4 installations, in one and the same language anyhow. Note: the cracked (repack) versions of G4TW already include the 17 language string files.
The same error can also happen if you use a cracked repack, that has only one language set available.
//EDIT
I'll also see to re-writing the guide about the initialization error linked above, thanks again for the submission!

Indeed, as @The_gh0stm4n stated above, Origin and ZLOrigin install just 1 language at the time.
When you want another language you have to re-install the game again. For each additional language you must make an sdditional installation.
The language string files in addition to the language changer offers you the opportunity to play in any of the 17 available languages.

Yeah I know, but I was looking for a fix maybe for 4 hours and I don't want nobody else to waste the time Especially when you download game in other country and you just don't know what this error means. I was sure it was an origin problem.

In a way, it is "an Origin(-related) problem", but probably not how you thought it originally.
In one simplified sentence, the error is due to a mismatch between a (language) registry entry on the one hand, and the lack of language string-files on the other hand. And in 9 out of 10 cases in practical reality, this is because people switch between cracked Sims 4 games and Origin/ZLOrigin. Again: Origin/ZLOrigin versions of The Sims 4 generally only have one "active" set of language files installed, and you need to download the remaining languages manually, which is a tedious process.
If you have several different versions of The Sims 4 installed, you can copy/paste the language string files, here again:

Over ALL your Sims 4 installations. So cracked + Origin (+ ZLOrigin). This will make sure that all your Sims 4 installations have the same language files.
