White screen when choosing between new cities

Hello, I installed Sims 4 and when i choose another city from the first 3 i got white screen, nothing to do. I did everything to 11.) Installing Cats and Dogs and then applied 1.42 update. What can I do to play in San Myshuno / Magnolia ?
PS: The standard cities are playable, I already have a household and no problems in the city ( Oasis ), just visits from Vampires
