Help with uninstalling?
I’ve been having problems for a few days now - first my action queue just disappeared and I thought I had fixed it.... now all of a sudden my game isn’t recognising that I have My First Pet Stuff installed although on the main menu it confirms it is installed. I cannot see any of the items in game. I’ve tested all my CC and everything seems to be okay. How do I safely uninstall The Sims 4 and all of the packs? I’m thinking a re install of everything is probably best. Is it as simple as just deleting the folders from my C drive or?

First of all try and install My First Pet again.
Removing the Sims 4 is basically quite simple: Delete the folder Program Files\The Sims 4 or wherever you have the Sims 4 installed.

Welcome to the Forum @okaycool,
I only wanted to add here that in general...uninstalling and re-installing alone very rarely fixes problems, with any PC game or software. I'm not sure why this is such a common belief, maybe people are drawing analogies to game consoles where "resetting" the console (oftentimes that's just a re-boot of the system) is known to fix some issues?
But Windows OS generally doesn't work like that, and you should only uninstall after having exhausted all possible and less drastic alternatives.
