How to install new packs when some of DLCs already installed

how to install a pack when some of the pack' DLCs is already installed due to previous installation (different web or source).
So I install sims 4 with latest update patch on 1.20.60.1020.
I've every SP and EP of city living expansion except the SP08 SP09 and EP03 (city living expansion) itself. So how do I update my game? should I just download the city living pack and overwrite my sims 4? or is there any other way to complete this expansion and just jump to next pack?

Yes, that's how you should update the game using G4TW releases.
