Downloaded the Sims 4 using an mounted iso file, want to update to latest version

Hello! It's my first time posting here, so please forgive me if I'm inexperienced.

I downloaded a cracked copy of the Sims 4 from two discs, so the game is a mounted .iso. The game worked perfectly, except when I tried to download CC and use it it didn't show up in the game. I looked everywhere on the internet but every site told me that I had to download a later version of the game. I check my game version and it turns out I was using a very very early version of the game. Specifically 1.0.732.20.

I've read a few of the posts here and I want to update the the latest (or at least a later) version of the game without downloading all the expansion packs because my computer doesn't have much space. I'm just not sure how to do that because my game was downloaded from discs, not a website.

Again, sorry if I'm inexperienced. This isn't my first time updating a cracked game, but it is my first time updating a cracked Sims game.

In summary: I want to update my cracked Sims game without the expansion packs. My game was downloaded from 2 discs. How do I update it and what files do I have to replace?
