TS4.exe is missing!!?? Empty TS4.exe is missing!!??

I have all the DLC up to "Toddler's stuff", I saw in the tutorial it said move your to files to "Program Files (x86)" if you have a 32 bit system. So I did then it said something went wrong and it took my launcher away, then I downloaded a launcher mod on MTS to see if that was the problem, it obviously was not.. So what I was asking is how would I get TS4.exe and my launcher back? Oh my...

Re-copy Toddler's Stuff to your The Sims 4 folder in Program Files (x86)
