Settings won't show up after applying latest update/software?

My game has worked perfectly with no problems up until I decided to update my game with the latest Stuff/Game packs. I installed everything correctly as I'm pretty familiar with the installation and proceeded to play. This is when I noticed that nothing would show up in settings anymore--only a 'Graphics' tab which still has nothing even when I click on it. I've provided a photo and any help is appreciated.

Hello!

"Jungle Adventures" (which is what you put in your topic title) is not the latest available DLC though. Are you sure you kept the right install order?

After Jungle Adventures comes My First Pet Stuff and the update 1.42.30.1020. Besides, did you also double-check any (script) mods you may have? Mini-updates for The Sims 4 are released every few months; they don't necessarily fix any bugs, but you still need to take out mods with every new patch, and look for newer versions.

Yes, sorry! I did install all the latest packs in order. One thing I missed out was copying over the Registry language folder. Could that be what's affecting it? Also, if I can't go into settings and disable mods, can I just move them temporarily to have the same effect?

UPDATE: After moving the Mods folder I found out it's definitely one of my mods. I mostly have a bunch of clothing with a couple script mods, but my Mod Conflict Detector didn't detect anything?

Sorry for the belated reply,

In general, I would not rely too much on these third-party tools that promise to detect "mod conflicts". In every Sims game there have been these tools, but I would estimate their reliability at no more than 50%, and that's already a very generous figure.

You will ultimately need to do some manual sorting.

It's fine, and I did have to manually sort through as the program did nothing for me, but hey it's the sure-fire way to find and fix.
