Quick question because it couldn't be answered yesterday - I only have version 1.40, but all previous packs. Do I have to install all the previous released patches from here or can I just use the Season torrent and I'll have all missing patches?

I am SO excited!! For like the first time since the toddler update! I've been trying to refrain myself from watching any gameplay of this so that I can have a fresh experience all to myself.

You need to have installed all previous packs for Seasons to work, but the updates are not necessary. So, if you have everything up to and including "My first pet stuff" you are good to go, since Seasons will update your game to the current and most recent version of the game.

Wow I wasn't expecting this release for at least a couple of days. Thanks so much for your hard work here at G4TW!

Extra tip: if you intend to use the direct download but you cannot download right now or the speeds are being slow, here's what you can do.

If you don't have a Google account yet, sign up for one. Make sure that you are logged in. Now access the direct download link from above. When you are re-directed, look in the top right for the button "add to my drive". Click on it.

Now when you are under drive.google.com, you will see a file named "The Sims 4 - Seasons", owner name Charles Kingsfield (not my real name, just in case those anti-piracy crusaders were getting wet dreams). Right-click on that file and choose MAKE A COPY. This will copy the file, and if you did everything right, there should be a file now that says "Copy of The Sims 4 - Seasons", and "me" as owner. That means you have "reserved" the file, kind of, and you can download it whenever you like from your own GoogleDrive.

Oh, and more thing for the people hostile to your activity. Should you or one of your bots take down the direct download, I will put up a new one. Literally takes me 10 seconds at most.
