keeps loading neighborhood

everytime i go to play a household it shoots me back to the neighborhood selection even after update help please!!!

i renamed my game folder in the electronics folder seem to be working maybe its one of my mods which means i have to go through them and see or update some of them to see if that will work right now playing without mods or saves
