Sims 4 Empty Sims 4

I have been playing my game for a few months now and all of a sudden it shuts off and sometimes I actually have to do a hard shut-off due to it freezing my laptop. here is the event viewer description:

Probably. How much RAM do you have? How big is your pagefile?

Keep Windowskey pressed and type R
In the window type dxdiag and click on OK

Related to what the previous commenters hinted at: how much free space do you have on your primary hard-drive (C: )?

It says I'm using 1739mb and there's 7411mb available
