The Sims 4 City Living will not download Empty The Sims 4 City Living will not download

I have gotten the Sims 4 City Living torrent and it will not download. I have tried several times, it keeps going from checking to seeding and skips downloading and when I open the containing folder it is empty. After a few minutes of it trying to seed I get an error message saying that files are missing.

I just tried the City Living torrent.
Plenty of seeders available - fast download.
I tried via Utorrent
