Source file setup1.cab could not be found

Hey!

So, I downloaded The Sims 4 basegame and tried to install it but in the proccess I received the following error:

Source file could not be found: C:\Users\myname\Downloads\The Sims 4\TS4\setup1.cab. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.

The setup1.cab file is there and I already force-rechecked the torrent so I can't figure out why it's not working.

Extracted the download with Winrar and not another program ?

Yes, I extracted it with winrar and used BitTorrent to download the torrent.
