Need help with expansions

I have the original The Sims 4 game that I bought. Can I still download and use the expansion packs? Do I have to instill it differently? Thank you.

Yes, you can use the G4TW downloads.
Keep the Origin game separate.
Download base game + DLC's accordirig to THIS GUIDE
