Help on how to update cracked sims 4 version and install missed EP

I apologize in advance if I am posting this in the wrong forum or if this is a dumb question. I'm not too good with computers and all that.

Okay so I downloaded and installed the sims 4 and expansion packs according to this guide : Click

I had to redo it a bunch of times and was only functioning on four hours of sleep at the time so while doing it I missed an EP. So I need to install the Laundry Day EP. I also want to update my game if possible. According to the game version doc in the Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4 I am running game version1.44.83.1020. I want to update it to 1.46.18 if possible.

So I guess my questions are do I have to reinstall the whole game to install that one missed expansion pack, and how do I update my cracked game? Thank you in advance and once again I'm so sorry if this is a dumb question/the answer is very obvious. I did my best to google it beforehand.

No need to reinstall it all. Just apply the DLC you're missing and following ones.
