My Game Suddenly Changed To Spanish

Hello!

As stated in the title, my game has suddenly changed to Spanish (it's supposed to be in English). I was in the process of installing some expansions (I think this occurred after I installed parenthood or fitness stuff). When I was testing to make sure the game worked, "Los Sims 4" greeted me instead of "The Sims 4."

What I have noticed is that a file in my documents (electronic arts folder) there are two folders, one named "The Sims 4" and one named "Los Sims 4." I thought it would fix my issue if I deleted the folder called "Los Sims 4." But, sadly not, every time I start up my game again, the "Los Sims 4" folder reappears. I have already tried reinstalling the game, and this is my second try at making it work correctly. Also, everything else in my game is working correctly so far, it's just the language.

Any help would be appreciated.

Please try deleting the sub-folder "Game", from where you have The Sims 4 installed. If you have up to Fitness Stuff installed, please download the folder here:

Alright thank you, I plan on installing everything up to the most recent pack (seasons) so should I still install the file you've showed me?

In that case, just delete the "Game"-folder (from your installation-path of TS4), and proceed with applying/installing the remaining DLC. Remember to not delete anything else. Just remove this "Game"-folder now, and keep copy-pasting until the end.

Alright, I have finish installing the entire thing, including the update that comes after seasons, but the game is still in Spanish. Is there anything else I can do?
