UI missing, options blank

So apparently; I've reinstalled my whole game after breaking it trying to fix it. Everything loads and works fine! However, in the options menu, there are no options. Just a blank page, except for the left side choosing which options, and the bottom "revert" and "apply" and stuff.

Also, in Build Mode, the UI just goes away on the bottom, so I can't buy anything or do anything there.

Any ideas?

Quick addition: I've installed everything to the newest update available on the site.

Go to Documents\Electronic Arts and move The Sims 4 folder to desktop. This will start the game fresh, you can move it back later. If that doesn't solve the problem, run the validator and post the result here.
