How do you turn the positivity challenge on? [SOLVED]

In my game, no ui appears in the top left hand corner.  There is no option on the phone in socials or anywhere to start this challenge.  I can buy the box and posters but obviously can't interact with the box until the challenge has begun.

The only place it is referenced in my game is in gameplay options where there is a button to hide the ui challenge, but this can only be used once the challenge is activated.

I was hoping that this might change with this new patch but it remains the same.

I've looked everywhere in my game but maybe I'm missing something.  If someone can tell me where I've gone wrong, I would be extremely grateful.

If it still doesn't work, maybe this is a thing for legit Origin games only, I don't know. Haven't really played the new update much.

Thank you for responding.  I think you might be right that it's only for legit Origin games as there's no option to start the challenge.  Not to worry.

Also, thank you for getting these packs and updates out so quickly, it's much appreciated.

Maybe these posters (or whatever else the reward of the challenge is), can be unlocked and included in a future DLC/update of the game.

Yes, although you can buy the posters, I think they're in buy debug.  It was more the aspiration reward trait that I was interested in.

I have been looking through this forum and one person who posted screenshots did have the challenge ui displayed in the top left hand corner although his problem was the game options weren't displaying, but the ui challenge was there, so I don't know.

Just tested it. To start Positivity Challenge you need internet access. But it works on cracked and on ZLOrigin versions too! Just check if your firewall blocks the game exe from internet access.

I blocked it myself because it was recommended by creators of the crack. After removing the blocking rule everything works!

THANK YOU SO MUCH.  I've just started the challenge, the ui and aspirations are there.  I've never played whilst online before and didn't even consider to look there.  You are an angel, thanks once again.

Also wanted to add here: if the option to call the Event Coordinator isn't there on the smartphone, it could be an indicator of a savefile glitch. So one could then try doing the challenge on a new savefile.
