"Unable to load The Sims 4 - _______.rar": unknown error! - (uTorrent)

My computer broke down a couple months ago and a finally I had taken it to the store to get it fixed and it has been factory reset, so anything related to The Sims has been removed from the PC and I decided to install the game again (know that I'm a long time user of Games4TheWorld torrents and I ALWAYS read and apply the instructions on how to install The Sims 4 correctly and it's been working fine), however this time most of the torrents have completed and show the 'seeding' bar but however it hasn't created .RAR/.7z file/folder and I can't open them and for some reason The Sims 4 Fitness Stuff is 'seeding' in a red bar.

The only two torrents that have been seeded and I can open using 7-Zip program is the 'TS4_Update_1-47-51-1020.7z' and 'The Sims 4 Update v1.29.69.1020.' And the rest have downloaded simply can't be loaded for example.

1. post a screenshots of the problem
2. right click on torrent and there should be "open containing folder" option
3. stop the torrents before trying to open them
4. right click on Fitness Stuff and select "force re-check"

Actually, it's working all of a sudden.
The Fitness Stuff is no longer red and has changed back to green and originally once the torrent had downloaded, instead of opening as .RAR file it stayed as a uTorrent file however I right clicked on it and clicked open with 7-Zip and the folder's are now opening.
