Error message when loading into neighborhood.[CLOSED]

Problem; When loading onto any neighborhood I get the following error message;
''Sunset Valley.sims3'. It is strongly recommended that you restart the application''

Tried so far;
I've already deleted the folder ''The Sims 3'' from My documents and when doing so, loading a neighborhood works. But next time I start the game without deleting that file I get the same error.

What I'm asking;
Is it possible to get this fixed so I don't have to delete/move the folder every time I load up the game?

System;
Im running Windows 7 64bit, all downloads I've gotten from this site! The basic version of the game is 1.29 and I've installed everything up to Master Suit Stuff!

probably cause BAD CC

to fix bad sims it need to edit them and "export" with new item/clothes/accessories..

That's definitely not it. After removing the "The Sims 3" folder, there's no CC at all. Plus, I'm experiencing the exact same problem after a fresh install and my cc was good before.
I suggest we limit this discussion to the other topic, so this one is now closed Very Happy

We'll work it out together.
