Where can I place mods into which directory?
After I installed the sims 3 all in one from this website but I cannot find the path to place mods in. So could you tell me where the mods should be?

Hello and welcome to the Forum,
Unlike The Sims 4, you have to create these folders manually, to then be able to use mods (mostly .package files). A good guide "how to install .package files (in The Sims 3)", can be found here:
https://www.games4theworld.club/t22557-games4theworld-style-guides-mirror-links
Or alternatively just google around for "TS3 mod framework". You then have to insert that "Mods"-folder, under Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3.
Most mods then go into Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages.
Good luck for now!

You can also 'test' the basic functionality/whether you put the "Mods"-folder in the right place, by placing something like the "No-Intro Mod" into it (google will help you again here). If the game bypasses the intro, you set up your Mods-folder correctly.
