Sims 4 error on shadow. How to fix? [SOLVED]

how I am.able to fix the error code Hello;) 0X0000142?

I did download it and it keeps showing up cuz shadow is a virtual machine.. is there a away to stop this error without lose some dlc?

Don't run it as admin, just double click.

im not running it as admin.. it looks like it dont find the path

No wonder it doesn't work, you deleted the "__Installer" folder. You know what, it will be easier if you just delete everything and just install it from ZLOrigin.
