Having trouble running Sims 3 after patch updation and copying crack. [SOLVED]

Huge fan of your work.

I recently installed Sims 3 from your complete collection pack. When I install the patch on the g base game and try to run it, I get a popup asking for confirmation of the registration code entered during initial installation (serial key, same as entered during installation), should I click on Continue or Don't Continue and fix my possibly hopeless installation?

Welcome to the Forum @Tubester,

Indeed! The game needs the base game plus at least one (1) of the DLC installed. Otherwise the included #Crack doesn't work. 

If you want to install more DLCs later down the road, you should be able to simply install them, and without having to do the #Crack again. In the unlikely event there are complications though, just re-apply the manual patch first, then re-do the #Crack.
