Newbought Game PC Slow.
Hello Games4theWorld people! I'm back here because you helped me so well in the past so I know I'll get a professional answer here!
I have the following problem...
My brother just bought a Gaming PC. Specifications:
- 8 GB memory (RAM) from which's 7,50 GB available; (Kingston)
- 550 Watt (voeding)
- Llano A8-3870K Black Edition 3,0GHz (I think quad-core)
- Normal cooling
- Gigabyte FM1 GA-A55M-DS2 (motherboard)
- 7,1 soundscard
- Harddisk of 500 GB (SataIII)
- AMD Radeon HD6530D 1GB
- Cheapy network card - 56 Mbps - Soon buying 300Mbps
- Windows 7 Ultimate, cracked by some pirateing site.
Costed 500 euros and bought on www.Gamepc.nl.
the problem is, the computer is really slow. With a 8GB of ram it takes freaking 100% of use with like 5 applications (updater, my documents, my computer, etc). I mean like even my laptop of 4GB of ram can take that.
We tested it using Minecraft. Minecraft singleplayer, all settings on high. A freakin' 20 FPS ;S Whats that? Even the laptop has that and isn't built as a gaming laptop.
I know one thing is the graphical card is very bad. But as far as I know that doesn't affect the overall speed and neither minecraft because that's grafically as simple as shit.
Starting up of PC also takes 1 minute well it's not slow but just like I said as fast as my laptop .
Maybe one thing is that I chose 64 BIT (x64) instead of 32 BIT (x86). Didnt know whats the best.
Any suggestions? Buying a better graphical card is no solution as I have no money for that, next year buying one €450,-.
I know you can help me!!!
Hope hearing from you soon...!

Hello,
Did you update your Windows to the latest version using Windows Update?
When you run Windows Update for the first time, it'll have tons of updates for you. I recommend doing the "Optional" updates too.
Be sure to restart your PC after each set of updates.

Re: Newbought Game PC Slow.
I did that and it IS faster now, thanks! As Virusscanner I'll use Bittdefender Free. But now there's a second problem:
- PC randomly shuts down or restarts. Tried unchecking the option of restarting with every error but now it gave a blue screen with 'The computer crashed. If this is the first time, blabla. Then Cach dump, then I restarted it again and it works but it's like every 1 or 2 hours it shuts down or restarts. No overheating 'cause the computer is very cold. We're running Minecraft, minecraft server, skype, chrome and hamachi at the same time but as far as I know not 100% use of processor or physical memory.
Pointer
EDIT:
Sometimes when booting PC gives Bluescreen at the moment it should give my desktop. Sometimes multiple times in a row. Sometimes it gives while randomly doing things on pc. SO ANNOYING: Just being on f.i Youtube and the damn thing decides to give me a blue screen sayin I should diable saving Cache and Shadowing. Now I'm familiar with this so went to BIOS setup, looked around. Found FAN rotation rate (RPM?) and even how to overklok (could change 3GhZ to more.) But no CACHE or shadowing found. Point is I knew where it was on a other PC but this BIOS seems to be different. Any suggestions?

Hello,
Few questions:
1. You didn't put the PC together yourself, right?
2. Are you overclocking?
3. Did you change any system configurations recently?

Re: Newbought Game PC Slow.
1. No this is pre-done by Gamepc.nl.
2. No, didn't overclock.
3. Haven't changed anything in BIOS, BIOS was set also by Gamepc.nl.
Have changed ''Restart PC when error'' to not checked because I thought that that caused the problem. Shouldn't be a problem I think.
The Windows 7 Ultimate Service Pack 1 is cracked or pirated by Piratesplanet.

Hello,
There are several things you could do at this point;
1. You could open up your case and see if everything is connected correctly, but since you recently bought this PC, I do not recommend doing this, but going back to the store instead. (Or contacting them)
2. Backup all your stuff and format your PC. Now install an untouched version of Windows (Ultimate 64-bit) from another source.

Re: Newbought Game PC Slow.
Bluescreen?
Software:
1) Update all driver. (Ex: Graphic card, sound card and etc.)
2) Update window (Look like you've done this)
3) If you still get bluescreen. Try to uninstall current antivirus and then use another, such like Avast, Avg or etc.
Hardware:
1) Remove all RAM, and re-install one by one. If you get bluescreen when you install another RAM. try remove it and use another ram.
That's for now

Re: Newbought Game PC Slow.
Sorry for the late reaction, I had holidaysss.
Thanks for your help 1st of all!
I've updated all drivers and checked 'em with the use of -apparaatbeheer-. Less crashes but it still does crash, sometimes. I am doing the following for now:
1) Trying to install a different Windows 7 (other version/ not ultimate) and check whether that works.
2) If it doesn't work, send it to Gamepc.nl and they'll fix it.
I have another thing.
My own laptop from Acer, bought it 2010.
It works normal. No real problems but getting slow which's logical with all the stuff I have on it, and the wearing off (slijtage?).
The problem is my screen. It's turning kinda black-grayish sometimes. When I boot my laptop it shows grayish for 10seconds and sometimes just a li'l.
My mom tought it was moist being in the screen. If this is I'm just unlucky. Guess not its a virus 'cause the rest is being normal and it doesn't seem a softwarical problem.
Thanks!
