Trouble with sims 3

Hi, i just downloaded the ultimate bundle + all other exspansions and i cant get the ultimate bundle to update from 1.19 to 1.34 to install master suite and stuff to use your other patchs.

The ultimate bundle works fine and everything but she really wants pets and showtime and katy perry but they wont install, and when i do the update it says no file found and then it says no copy of the sims 3 is installed.

I followed the guide exactly as it was posted for installing but it still wouldnt let me install the exspansions that you said were required.

Yes, I was thinking the same, but thought we should try the manual patch first, just to see the result.

I completely just uninstalled all of it, and i am reinstalling my retail sims 3, then updating it to latest, what should i do once its updated to the latest
