It has come to my attention that there's a new patch out for game version 1.36.
As usual, let me remind you not to patch your game until Admin announces the new fix is out, which should be within the next couple of days.

12-07-2012: Fix is now working with The Sims 3 version 1.36.45/2.0.86/3.0.38/4.0.87/5.0.44/6.0.81/7.0.55/8.0.152/9.0.73/10.0.96/11.0.84/12.0.273/13.0.62/14.0.48 (Diesel Stuff added)
