Can't Download Torrent

Ugh this is driving me crazy. Not really sure where to post this problem. I have been trying to download the sims 3 Diesel stuff torrent and it won't connect. I have received a pop up from my firewall to allow it but, It seems to be stuck on DHT waiting to login. I've tried utorrent, bit torrent,even 1 click downloader and still can't seem to connect to download this file. I don't know if any of you have ever had this problem so I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask here.

I tried both but, right now I'm trying the link from the actual downloads page.

What about other downloads? Can you download any other torrents at all?
If not, try (temporary) turning off your firewall and restarting the download.
